Different people have different reactions.

You might just have been a non resonder with the ZMA (or good diet?.....or impatient) but its hard to guage how you'll react with the BA.

It works but you do have to give it time and don't expect a sudden change in work capacity over night.

Also, its only like $30 for 1kg, thats not that much (5 g a day, less then that after 12 weeks, maybe 2-3g). It'd last you min 250 days (well, 200 @ 5 g dosing but if you dropped it it would last over a year)

Can you recommend a good place to order it online? I also need to purchase some Caffeine. Those energy drinks are a tad too expensive.
