Yeah

But I think a lot depends on the user's experience (Like anything I guess). There's a lot of hype on this stuff and it's pretty expensive for my initial mixed results.

I never noticed much from BA and I've been taking it for a few months now. It's one of those things that's really hard to gage I think. Even if it gave you a 5% increase in stamina... that may not be enough to notice from workout to workout, especially with all the other variables in life that affect performance. At the moment, I take it because of all the positive feedback from studies and I don't think it's all that expensive when buying bulk powder. But right now, I'd have to say that BA would be the first thing to go if I had to X a supplement.

I noticed BA more with recovery between sets of exercise. Which sorta makes sense if it's an acid buffer? I feel like I can go again much sooner.

I don’t' doubt that. I tend to be a non-responder to most shit... not sure if that's good or bad. Creatine & painkillers never did much for me either.

quick question. i just received my order of bulk BA and if i remember correctly from reading through all 60 pages of this thread, 1 tsp is about 2 grams of this stuff. is that correct on the amount? 1 tsp = ~2 grams?

1 tsp?? I have the BA from primaforce and my 2g is some miniscule ass scoop.

really?? i got 1000g from bulk nutrition and have been using 1/2 tsp 3 times a day for a couple days. so i've been taking around 7-8 g daily i guess. guess i can cut back a bit. i've yet to have tingles so i wasn't sure if i was using too little. cool, thanks.
