Anybody know how much BA is actually in a serving of Purple Wraath? I sent a message to Controlled Labs in an effort to get an answer, but I have yet to receive a response.

Sweet Jesus. I just read all 25 pages of this thread... even though it took me 3 days. Hahah!
So let me give you all the Spark-Notes of my actions and then the bullet points of my questions.
As soon as I wake up, I take 1 Men's One-A-Day multi-vitamin, an Omega-3-6-9 (fish oil loaded pill) with water. I have a 5.25lb tub of ON's 100% Whey that I have been trying to polish off for more than 8 months, but god damn is there alot in there! I semi-recently PM'd KK asking his thoughts on the construction of my PWO shake from TrueProtein.com, in which I have:
5lb tub of:
45% Whey Protein Ion
25% Maltodextrin
25% Dextrose
5% BCAA's
(Chocolate BSL taste).
Upon finishing a workout, I mix 16.9 ounces of water with 1.5-2 scoops of ON Whey, and 1 scoop of my True Protein Mixture, of which I will call TP1 for brevity.
Onto the question(s) part:
I have always heard the myths and rumors that Creatine is awful for you and that it only helps your muscles retain water and your just "look bigger" and "may actually be stronger but only for a short amount of time unless you continue loading Creatine into your diet forever...", and as I have finally finished reading this thread, I see that the things I have heard about Creatine are not true, or atleast not entirely true.
About 1/2 through this thread (day 2, haha) I placed an order on True Protein for Beta-Alanine and Creatine-Monohydrate, however I am cautious to say that I am not sure when or how to supplement it (Creatine) into my workout routine, and I am still hazy on the question of do I take Beta-Alanine WITH Creatine (aka in the same sip) or if they are to be staggered or what?
How much Creatine-Monohydrate should I include, when, and mixed with what (for taste and effectiveness)?
Thanks for all of the great information in this thread, excluding the little e-fight that took place, and thanks in advance for any helpful information I may receive!

Chris: Read (yes, more reading) this thread, right out of the FAQ, on creatine. As far as BA goes, this is the best thread for information.
Like TD said, 5g creatine, 5g BA. When you take it really isn't an issue. For convenience sake, just jam it in your PWO shake.

I only take BA/creatine on heavy lifting days. I try to take it together with a protein shake 30-120 minutes preWO and have always been happy with the results (except some "bowel issues" later in the day  ).

For those of you might be interested...
Controlled Labs got back to me. While they weren't willing to disclose how much BA is contained in each serving of Purple Wraath, they did confirm that two servings would at least deliver enough BA to put one in the optimal daily range (based on the studies).

Thanks for the info - nice to know. As of yet, I have not gotten the same results with the Beta K that I have gotten with Purple Wraath/Creatine.

I've upped my dosage to 10 grams a day as well.
