did KK ever make that epic post on carb loading? i'm trying to search for it.
all i know from snips here and there on the board is that taking your creatine and BA with a bunch o carbs gets it going with better results.
since i'm heading to the gym when i stack BA/creatine, i usually make a fruit smoothie to spike my carbs and hide said suppliments. anything else i need to know?

I've been taking Truprotein's bulk BA with Creatine Monohydrate for about 3 weeks now. I've noticed a huge difference, and I absolutely love this stuff.
There have been days where I was certain I'd be sore and lethargic the next day. From the gym, Rugby, whatever. Never once have I actually felt like that. Each day I'm not sore in the slightest. I'm energetic, and feel great. I'll be buying more as soon as my supply runs out.
And for anyone wondering, I'm taking it basically the way Finnegan is as well.
