Best Supplements To Take To Lose Fat/Improve Cardio

I know creatine is a must, any suggestions on brands? So far, I've only ordered Lipo 6 for fat loss, anything else I need to buy to improve my cardio/lose fat (I just plan on running)?

Caffeine in higher dosages is good...helps improve endurance...200-500mg...taken hour before workout

Vitamin C in high dosages helps burn body fat....2-5g daily

Fish Oil is good.....6-10g daily....helps prevent muscle loss while dieting and for general well being...

creatine has been shown to help lose body fat....3-5g daily...

However 99+% of gains will come from nutrition/gym+good lifestyle......supplements are very overated.......

I didn't realise that about vit c

I've started on the fish oil, but only intend on taking 3g per day (that said I have like a 9 month supply at that now, so I could always up it)

I always thought you shouldn't overdo the caffine (over do being over 400g-600g).

Not to sound tired or anything, but the best thign to help with tunning is run run run. Maybe get some simpe sugars and some protein as soon as your finished to help you get ready for the following days run

cardio

green tea also helps. It can also be more about what you avoid rather than what you take.

That's because it doesn't.

The other info there was solid. You should bump your fish oil to at least 6g, Ian.

This is just plain old fish oil right?

like
http://www.1fast400.com/?products_id=44

Cause I just got in like 8 bottles of this yesterday.

Whats the reasoning behind the threshold of 6g (I feel I should be less lazy and search for it)

as side question

3 doses of 2 or 2 doses of 3? (or 1 dose of 6)

this is about the worst peice of advice I have ever seen in here... Do not take caffine before a workout it is just a temp solution and after the workout you will probably be drained and feel like shit, creatine is ok but agian too much of it will not do you any good either... To increase energy is simple, eat right everyday with lots of water... but if you do need to take suppliments, the best thing to do would be try different amino acids and whey protiens with a little bit of fat intake also.

I was throwing out ideas for him...like them or not. I also use high caffeine dosage before ME lifts and guess what it helps. Yes there's a f$cking crash afterwards but that's life.

I have read high intake of vitamin C helps improve oxidation of body fat. It was a while back but whether you choose to believe this or not is up to you. Even if it is placebo effect I'll still take it for immune system.

Amino Acids=money flushed down the toilet....

Also he asked about supplementation, it's fukn obvious that nutrition plays a more important role. Yes he should eat some complex carbs and drink lots of water. Perhaps you should read what he's asking..

Olive Oil is also great.
Keep a good balanced diet, always try to improve your cardio workouts by either increasing intensity or the time which you performe the exercise
