The strawberry pudding on page 232(I think?? Too lazy to go look, it's in snacks) is so goddamn delicious, I have a hard time believing the nutrient profile.

I made the Maple Apple Walnut Oatmeal this morning. Amazing, and stupidly easy. I used a brand of maple syrup, ED Smith No-Sugar Added Maple Syrup.

The texture was almost EXACTLY like mashed potatoes; The serving size was enough for both myself and my wife, and there's still some leftover.
Here's a snapshot of the above recipe:

made these a few weeks ago and must say they were quite good. although i'm up to 4-5 meals a day, I still cant' get used to the small portions of berardi's recipes (breakfast and his irish blueberry oats are nice sized...lunches and dinners not so much). I had those mashed flowers with 2 x 6 oz buffalo steaks. unfortunately i was still a little hungry afterwards.

I've only made about 5 dishes from the book, but my early favorite is the Spaghetti Squash Spaghetti.

Haven't made anything yet (planning a few for tomorrow), but I love this book. I have volume 1 and they are both great.
