Are all recipes new, or just some?

I very much doubt they are all new. Most likely the originals and the new ones on top. Just reading the sample, that rancher's omelette sounds heavenly!

I just emailed them to see if/when precision nutrition would be shipping with this v2 gourmet book.

Hey Cooz,

Thank you for your interest in our products.

If you're interested in our Precision Nutrition package, the only version available is version 2.0

The original version of Precision Nutrition was released in 2004, we released the update version in March 2007 and have only been printing PN version 2.0 since.

With the Precision Nutrition package you will also receive a hard copy cookbook of Gourmet Nutrition volume 1.0.

If you're interested in purchasing our newly released Gourmet Nutrition volume 2 it is available in hard copy $39.99 + shipping.

GN volume 2.0 will not be included with the complete Precision Nutrition package.

It is a completely separate, stand alone product available in hard copy only.

As stated above the complete Precision Nutrition package will continue to include the hard copy of Gourmet Nutrition volume 1.

I hope I have answered your question. If you have any further please let me know and I'll do my best to answer them.

In good health, physique and fitness,
Amanda

This looks like a very nice cookbook. And being the nerd that I am, a very nice design/layout!

It would take too much work for me to change everything over to be vegan, so I'll just order this for my brother. A nice late x-mas gift.

I ordered PN for my parents and girlfriend for Christmas.

I've always had the bootleg pdf GN1 on my comp and use it almost daily, but I've always wanted to see the whole PN package.

Hopefully, once they into their PN, I'll be able to take a peek for myself. I'm sure GN2 will be awesome if it has all new recipes and more articles.

much like the 1.0 version, I like this book because it is pretty specific in how to cook each item. I've not run across a recipe yet where I'm like "do what?"

Some repetition in the opening chapter in terms of berardi's basic theories of nutrition, but nothing ridiculous.

As HuMz mentioned, it's nice in that each selection makes recommendations for what to combine with. What the nutritional advantages are, etc.

and mine showed up well before xmas.
