The study proving that people don't get enough nutrients is nice. But the rest is just a long rant that can be summarized with "people suck so buy my book"

amazing..people consume purely meat based diets, and they aren't getting adequate nutrition.

Who could have foresaw this great event

From where did you derive that conclusion? I read nothing that details the composition of the diets.

And a "purely meat based" diet is one consisting solely of meats. I don't know of any carnivorous humans, even that one african tribe consumes dairy with their meat.

Do you have some kind of agenda?

Dairy is considered a meat product smart guy..I didn't mean all meat Products. However..The average meat eater consumes only 1 serving of fruits or vegetables per day. That was my point. The article says eat less cholesterol and satured fat based foods..In which case would mean meat products.
