I Need Some Dieting Help.

Okay boys, I'm not newb. I train MMA, Muaythai, and BJJ.
Before this I've had 6yrs of boxing, 1yr of wrestling, and some Karate (when I was real young)

I'm 17 years old, 185. I train 5days a week, sometimes 6. I wanna drop to 165-175 walking weight, but I'm always HUNGRY. It's like I permanately got the munchies, I can eat like a machine, but all the fucking time, I think the only reason I'm not 400lbs is because I train so much lol.

and it's not like super unhealthy food, like its usually.

Breakfast: Oatmeal, Boiled Eggs and some Whole wheat bread not buttered. Orange Juice, or Water.
Snack: Banana, or Apple.
Lunch: P&J Sandwhich. Juice or Water
Snack: Bannana or Apple, sometimes OCCASIONALLY Popcorn, or something.
Supper: Some kind of meat, veggies, potatoes, rice, etc.

Now this is my usual meals, but I eat more then that, I eat HUGE PORTIONS. I also snack a little more then that.

Whats the best way to curve my appetite without starving my body?

I'm trying to cut weight as well. I'm pretty new to this but so far I've been having luck with this strategy:

The Weight Cutting Thread

I got the above link from the FAQ. You also should check out the FAQ. There is a wealth of information there.

it's usually one or 2 things that prevent people from dropping wieght even when eating healthy. Either you are eating too much or not enough, from the looks of it your not eating enough and I would drop the PB&J for some meat and veggies at lunch and make sure your drinking alot of water and make sure your not eating too many potatoes or rice at supper, and don't eat after 8pm.

These are just a few things that help me when I'm cutting down

I've significantly cut my calorie intake and I don't always feel hungry. I eat a lot more often than you do. I try to eat at least six times (every 2-3 hours) with a ~400 calorie meal. This keeps me from thinking about food at that 4+ hour mark and it's also one of Berardi's 7 habits.

Have you calculated how many calories you need to lose the weight you want to lose? You might be eating too little.

You need more protein, whether it be through whole foods like chicken breast, or through a supplement. Slow digesting protein like casein helps me feel fuller, longer. Eat more veggies too. The PB&J is definitely not necessary and could be replaced with lean protein and veggie. Also, depending on your workout, maybe eat the potato/rice/etc earlier in the day rather than for your last meal.

another thing cut out some of the juices if they are NOT 100% fruit juice. this will cut down some of your sugar intake. also start weighing and measuring your food so you can properly calculate your calories so that way you know if youre overeating.

My only beverage not taken Pre-WO or Post-WO is water. This guarantees I'm not getting any calories with my beverages.

please, PLEASE if you're going to give advice make sure you're accurate or at least make it well know it's just your un-educated opinion...just keeps things honest.
