I know I'm in the minority here as most of the psoters here stay away from thermogenics like the plague, and with good reason, but I would say to look in to USP Labs Recreate. I got a free bottle to try and have been using it for a couple of weeks now. It has killed my appetite. I'm still training hard and that usually causes me to be ravenous at al times, but this has completely killed food cravings, and I feel full faster. I've tried a lot fo different thermogenics in the past and nothing made a difference to me. This is the only weight loss product I've ever taken that has done anything for me, and the efect is noticeable.

The body doesn't discriminate so much that it's alright to consume carbs throughout the day even in what's perceived as biologically different sources and it won't promote fat storage. Which is why the most detrimentally overdone food for people looking to be physically fit is fruit and fruit juices.

However I do condone the high protein and higher fat (particularly animal fat) approach for appetite control. Also if any carbs are to be utilized, I'd suggest they come from particularly high fibrous sources, but IMO overall carb intake should be markedly lower than protein and fat. This approach has the most consistent clinical success in dealing specifically with perceived hunger.
dead on, as usual

Why the difference in temperature? What does that do?
