Labels are funny. As an amino acid researcher I can tell you that there's no merit to their silly claim.

i always assumed that if you ate enough red meat (most people do) that you are in no shortage of carnitine.

vegetarians however, are most likely deficient.

As someone who's always shaken my aminos, I'm glad to read that. It seemed a bit preposterous to think that the very essence of a molecule could be destroyed by excessive turbulence. Reverese alchemy at its finest!

Oh no disrespect intended to be sure. I have no problems mocking a label, but an individual is something altogether different.

I've had too many discussions with a friend about how to use BCAA's. Whenever I deviate from the label recommendations he gets flustered and replies " but the label says...!"
EVERY TIME! lol
