New Chapter uses the same USP ingredients in their vitamins, the difference being that they throw some soy in there and allow the soy to ferment with the vits.
Thus allowing a smaller dosage due to increased bio-availability.

You won't "feel" these vits because they aren't excessively loaded with obscene amounts of B's and such.

I used animal pak a while ago-I guess almost a year.
I didn't have any negative side affects, and besides the glow in the dark urine didn't really notice anything else on them.
Of course I really just look at MVs as a safety net and try and suck down enough whole foods.

I have also used the Berry Greens from New Chapter. I really like this product. Made from whole foods ect ect.

I don't take a multi anymore and take the Berry Greens instead. A lot more expensive then a multi, but I think worth it.

Not much more info, just my 2 cents worth.

I don't like vitamin packs. It isn't that difficult to make your own pack, and it doesn't cover everything you need anyway..

That mode of thinking is worth more than 2 cents.

Can anyone give me their thoughts on this product, and how you found their service? They would be getting sent to Australia.

Cheers lads,
I take animal pak it's a good multi vitamin I would recommend. As far as the other two it depends on what your goals are.

ive taken the animal stak, and the animal cuts, i would recommend the stak but after I ran out of the Cuts I didnt bother with them anymore I recommend the Lipo-6 for a thermogenic about the same price on bodybuilding.com the animal cuts just didnt seem to do anything for me, the Lipo puts me on edge when I workout I feel like I can go 4ever

Great feedback...

I am taking a Greens +1 as well to cover the "other areas".

The other thing to note with Animal Pak horse pills is the large amount of water. Just drink more water - I also take a Liver supp at the same time...just in case...

b vitamins are water-soluble and whatever isn't absorbed and used by the body will just be excreted as waste.

Not harmful.
