Lactose Free Protein Shakes

I have recently come across some protein shakes that are lactose free. It seems like common sense that lactose free is a good thing, but I was just wondering if anyone has any information to dispute that assumption of mine.....Thanks in advance

If your lactose intolerant than you will find that you will probably avoid some bloat drinking lactose free then compared to the other brand.

most pure higher quality proteins are lactose free. If you decide to go with straight weight protein concentrate or a product that is mostly whey protein concetrate then you will probably end up with a lot more lactose.
