Amount of Protein PWO

Looked in the FAQ and could only find ratios and RDI. To be more succinct than the title, after a hard weight lifting session what is a good amount of protein (in grams) to supplement? I keep reading 50 grams but seems like an awful lot.

That's about what I eat. 35 or so in my PWO drink, a bar worth 10-15, and a quick peanut butter sandwich to finish it off.

Im usually around 20-30g, i use 20-25g powder with 1 cup oats. Just depends if you would count the oats or not for me.

Depends for me. I like 48 or so after squat and dead. Less on other days. Then a solid meal an hour or so later.

I'm usually around 48 most days, followed by a meal about an hour or two after.

I read somewhere that 25 - 30 grams PWO was an optimum range. And then an hour or so after your PWO shake you eat lean protein and plenty of fibrous carbs and a little bit of starchy carbs.

1.5 scoops of dymatize whey, with BCAA`s followed by 1.5 chicken breast and hour later. all the protein ur body needs PWO.
