Alternatives to GOMAD?

While GOMAD seems awesome in many respects, I've read of people describing it as overly basic, a bad idea, etc. So, with that in mind, even if more complex, what is a good alternative to GOMAD for someone seeking similar results?

Man up and eat everything you can get your hands on.

As long as you're responsible with it, and can fit it into your macros successfully without going overboard on calories, it will work just as well as 2400 calories of real food.

If you want a real alternative that fits most people's macros better, here's a shake that you can take 2x per day to get roughly the same number of calories:

2 cups whole milk
2 scoops whey protein
1 strawberry Chobani Greek yogurt
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp peanut butter
Add ice for desired texture/consistency

Works out to be roughly 1050 calories.

Rip: You need to drink one gallon of full fat milk everyday. It's almost mandatory.

Somebody from audience: I'm lactose intolerant, could I substitute yogurt for milk?

Rip: Gallon of yogurt.

Before you try a GOMAD, just try your basic high protein, "good" carbs like oatmeal, rice and fruit with every meal and some fat. A GOMAD is a terrible idea for numerous reasons.

There is no replacement for GOMAD.

Start out without it, and if you need more calories, go for it.

A good alternative is to eat more. Not very complicated.

I don't understand the love for GOMAD. I was sorta on it (more like half to 3/4 GOMAD) and I gained 30 lbs in 2 months doing SS. Yeah sure, my lifts went up, but I was noob gaining anyway, and I got pretty fat and slow.
