I was saying that soy being gmo is one of the negatives, but there are other things about it that are also bad.

I try to stay away from soy... and processed foods in general.

not that it means enything but Thysson Griffin said he uses soy portein along with whey. for all the fanboys who look up to fighters like there is no tomorrow.
