Advice on meal replacement shake

I'm looking for a good meal replacement shake. I don't have enough time and really cant be bothered continuing to prepare 6 meals every night for the next day.

I was going to go with muscle milk, but have read too many bad things about some glyceamine (sp?) substance in it, then i thought of cytogainer but after further research i found out it has to much sat. fat and cholesterol for my liking.

So what shakes are sherdoggers using? also should i just take a regular protein shake shuch as 100% ON whey??

Any input is greatly appreciated.

Maybe syntha-6. Not sure if fat content and some other things may be to high for your liking.

6 a day isn't needed, eat as often as you feel like. As long as you are eating appropriate amounts of food you'll be fine. Caveat might be carbs around WO time.

Otherwise protein shake or whey and oat dust or w/e might work well for you.

oats, natty pb, fruit, protein powder and a blender.

If you can use a blender toss whatever you like in there, its fast and im sure cheaper and better for you than weightgainer/meal replacement type supplements.

Plus you can control the ingredients
