Zinc, Magnesium and Steak?

Just a few questions for the D&S guru's here...

Is there any danger with taking zinc and magnesium pills everyday? I take them when I know I haven't had anything with much or any calcium in a while and do it, because the daily multi I take doesn't list either of these at 100% and I think they are most important in regards to testosterone and muscle integrity?

Also is there ever a bad time for steak? lol that sounds like a joke, but I like to eat meat or steak pre workout and post, is there anything wrong with this? Especially concerning the pre workout part.

As long as the steak isn't too fatty, eat tons.

Also, I think most serious guys take a ZMA stack (zinc and magnesium are ingredients) every night before bed.

If you're trying to bulk, eat all the fatty steak you want. =D

I'm not sure about preworkout, its pretty individual. As long as you are satisfied with your workout, go for it.

As for postworkout, stay away from teh fat for your first meal. Carbs and protein.

No. Use a ZMA product every night before bed and you'll be fine.

The general rule is to avoid a lot of fat around your workout time (that includes pre and post).
