Zinc, Magnesium and Steak?
Just a few questions for the D&S guru's here...
Is there any danger with taking zinc and magnesium pills everyday? I take them when I know I haven't had anything with much or any calcium in a while and do it, because the daily multi I take doesn't list either of these at 100% and I think they are most important in regards to testosterone and muscle integrity?
Also is there ever a bad time for steak? lol that sounds like a joke, but I like to eat meat or steak pre workout and post, is there anything wrong with this? Especially concerning the pre workout part.
