5 days till hydration Test
I have 5 Days until my Hydration test for wrestling, I want to compete at the 130 lbs weight class right of the bat and not wait for the 2 lbs allowence, I have 5 days starting tommorow, Friday 11/6/09... Currently I natrually weigh 136.8 lbs (take a few after work outs, Give a few after a meal) But it's now my current weight... I weighed 141.2 Natrually While lifting heavy and eating whatever I want (Junk food, Sodas, like 4 meals a day) but decided I wanted to drop to 130's instead of 135...
Im 5'5, 16 yrs old
My meals usually consist of
Breakfast 7:30 am -A bagel with Cream, and a small chocalte milk carton
Lunch 12:30 pm -A pizza slice With a small chocolate milk carton
Dinner 5:00 pm -Either 2 bowls of Special K with 80 calorie milk, or 5 Granola Bars with a V8 Fruit/Vegetables mix
My work outs consists of Wrestling for about 30 min. and sometimes a 30 min. run after dinner if I didn't wrestle that day...
I cut out the major meat in my diet since My conditioning sucked when I was 141 lbs, now Im at 136 and My conditioning has improved dramitacly... i still lift, but can't lift as heavy anymore...
Now I wanna know what can I cut/replace in my diet, and work outs that can instantly Drop My weight in a 5 day period- while keeping me very hydrated, but still able to work out pretty hard...
I hear cutting out bread does wonders in loosing weight, but 1 small portion of it will regain all that weight back... so any of you know any quick ways to drop atleast 2-3 lbs with out dehydrating once self?
It will only be for 1 weigh in, after gaining about 5 lbs of water weight...
Edit:// I'm getting despertate Enough that I might have a Water Fast On tuesday/wednesday
what do you guys think of this idea?

Your diet sucks balls. Come on.
Otherwise, you are in perfect shape to be in the right spot. Start drinking about a gallon of water per day right now. Take the salt out of your diet. You will be 3-4 lbs less than current in a few weeks just on that.
2-3 hours before the test, drink about 20 oz of water. Then do a sweat work out until you are 2-3 lbs over the class you want to wrestle. Make sure you don't use the bathroom until after the test once you drink the water. You are there.

That wasn't the diet, That was my "I can eat whatever I want because I'm not in season anymore, and I'm lifting heavy" So i just decided to cut out stuff, Add water & V8, and called it a diet I'm going to follow
I just started cutting out Stuff again, And it consits of this
Breakfast - Cereal w/Chocolate mIlk, Meat
Lunch - WATER, and a fruit
Dinner - Cereal w/80 calorie milk
and then running for 30 min. after cereal to cut out every calorie...
Fudge, Why can 150 lbs people cut to 135, but i cant cut to 130 so easily? (Pre season)

OK, so your diet sucks fewer balls now than it used to. But dude, it still sucks plenty of balls:
1) VERY LOW IN PROTEIN
2) WAY too high in sugars. Replace choco milk with low or no fat milk. Even No-Fat milk is pretty high in sugars.
3) WAY too much sodium. Cream cheese and Pizza sould be once a week foods on a cheat day AT THE MOST-IF AT ALL.
4) FAAARRRRR too many processed carbs. Bagels and pizza are about the worst kind of nutritional value carbs you can eat.
5) You need a good protein source at every feeding. Eggs, lean meats, and fish are generally the best.
The only reason you are not a fat slob right now is that you are active, and still very young and still growing.
For every gram of carb/sodium in your system, your body retains 3 grams of water. You could lose weight just by eating twice as much brown rice as you do cereal, replacing your granola bars and bagels with raw oats and low-fat natural yogurt. Your sodium intake I would estimate at 8-10 times higher than the reccomended amount.
