What do you mean by give the colon a chance to repair? I've been having a lot of stomach aches recently I'm just wondering.
Will you be doing much/any training during this?

if you choose to fast you will realise by the end of the very first day that "hunger" is all mental, its all in your head.
you have plenty of undigested food stored in your stomach that will be broken down during the fast and used as energy.
whilst the colon is in a constant state of use it will never fully repair.
only by completely emptying the contents of your stomach and giving it a good rest will it truly start to heal fully.
theres a lot i dont understand about this process, i dont claim to be any expert but i have done this once before about 2 yrs ago and the results were good. hence why i am so keen to do it again
unlike last time (the nucleus for my original fast was food poisoning) this time i will be doing some training, a little zoo-zitsui just once a day, i think tomorow morning, thursday morning, oh and i have a grappling competition on the saturday- the day i break my fast.
that should be awesome, lol.
