your fitness goals...

so as a way to motivate myself before the summer hits, i decided to make some goals, both for performance and aesthetic reasons.
as of right now i think im in pretty good shape, but i want to be in amazing shape....these are my goals, and what i can do now, ill be working on these during and after my regular workouts
NOW Goals
pushups 40 lol 100
pullups/chins 18 25
mile run 6:20 under 6
dips 25 40
burpees 30 75 consecutive
all this while still being able to bench 300....ill obviously be losing weight during this process so maintaining strength is gonna be a key for me...

DO anyone of you sherdoggers have similar goals to stay motivated? what are those goals?

Wow, your pushups are so weak compared to your other stats. At this moment i have no goals other than exercising regularly. I plan on going back to the gym soon though. When i go back i would like to reach the 'advanced' level and past on all of these exercises Weightlifting Performance Standards, plus be able to do >20 good pullups with 35lbs added weight. I've almost been their in the past, my shoulder press was a little under. I would also like to have good flexibility and good cardio with all of this. Not really goals for right now but what I would like in to have in the future. Also get back to doing some mma training or just straight jiu-jitsu.

if you can bench 300, i think it'd be easy to carry that over onto pushups if you worked on them more. maybe its an issue of bodyweight, too? not that i'd know, i'm just speculating obviously. my goals are oriented more around s&p at the moment, but the ultimate goal by september is to be ~165 pounds and in primed for wrestling season. no real specific conditioning goals for when i get there. suppose i'll worry about that come june/july.
GOALS ARE GOOD :]

The push-ups in comparison to other things is what I saw as well.

Arms probably get too stiff and gives out during push ups.
