Is yoga worth checking into?
I was thinking about working yoga into my regimine along with my weight training and judo, because lately I've noticed that since leaving Karate, I'm not nearly as flexible. Now that I'm not worried about the high kicks and such, I don't seem to be stretching like I used to, and it's kind of showing. I was just wondering if it may be worth doing yoga like once or twice a week to try to keep the flexibility and balance, even, up.

It's great for active rest days and it's more of a challenge than most people think.

That's when I was thinking about doing it, like on a day in between lift days.

Yoga helped a lot with my flexibility and balance.
Since I don't train to fight and wouldn't know its application there, I can tell you that it helped my golf swing. ;)

It's also a great way to meet women, as your first response here indicates.
P.S. - Don't fart in class.

Why don't you stretch every now and about while your roaming around the farm. If you know how to stretch you could just start slow and then incorporate your own "yoga" moves as your balance and flexiblity improves.
You take Judo, lift weights, you don't need to take a yoga class!!!!
You know what makes for a good rest day? REST.

Overhead squats > yoga.
