Wrestling Conditioning?

Last year when i conditioned for wrestling season i ran a lot of long distance runs and hill sprints for conditioning it didnt seem to help and i gassed about the 2nd period and lost some matches i definetly should have won. Someone told me to work my whole body when im conditoning i dont know how to do this other than wrestling and i can only get mat time twice a week so if anyone has any tips it would help.

My fav circuit is Ross' "Work Capacity 101". And the beauty of it is that you can change exercyses every time to keep it interesting and work different movements - mind you the burpees stay. Just make sure you can complete every set in under 1.30mins or you won't have time to recover for the next.
Try it once or twice a week.

edit- Forgot to say. You can find it on youtube.
