You know most(99%) of the ppl on here don't actually train and are full of shit, right?? I would ask a wrestling coach, not some internet nerds.

Without a coach yelling at you, it is doubtful that you could push yourself through a conditioning circuit equivalent to one done at a wrestling club.

20 burpees
20 sprawl up downs
10lb dumbbell sparring (30 sec each hand)
15 explosive clap pushups
3 sets of this then ab work
