Ok start off by warming up and stretch. Then start running around my block 4 times. I think its about 1 1/2 miles or lil more. Then go inside my house and do this exercise with my barbells

And during the one minute break run up and down stairs. After that do some sprints 4 times then a minute break then 3 times and so forth to 1 time (back and forth equals one sprint) And one minute break time between them. And while during the break time doing pushups. And the distance would probably be about 70 ft. Then finally to cool off go around the block once. And stretch.
Would this workout be good for wrestling?
p.s. Im 15 and this will be my second year wrestling. And im going to wrestle 119
