Workout: what do you think?

it is based on 6 min's work x 3 or more times, depemding on your conditioning.

No rest between each set
Max speed possible

30" push ups
30" running from the push ups position
30" put your legs right and left, from push ups position (wrestling escape)
30" running on your palce
30" sprawls
30" squat
30" knees to the chest
30" push ups
30" running from push ups position
30" sprawls
30" squat
30" knees to the chest

You could throw in a couple more power exercises like jumping lunges, lateral jumps and power press-ups in place of some of the repeated stuff.

Depends though, when will this be carried out? before/after practice or an independent session?

Do you have access to any equipment?

We usually add burpees or something with weights.

We usually do before the technique and sparring session. On other days/periods we work for power, using jumping lunges, sprints etc.

Knees to the chest and push ups usually helps out power also.

Looks like a decent cardio-strength routine. toss in some pullups and plyometrics and your money.

Yes, it is just an example. We usually add a couple of plyometrics (get on the feet from the knees is one for all)
