Workout question
Hey:
I have been lurking on here for quite a while now. I am now trying to get myself back into shape and have a questions about a technique that a friend told me about.
Anyways we have just started to workout together and with all the free weight workouts(Pushups,DIPS,lunges ETC...) This is what he does:
He does them until he can start to feel the burn in legs, arms and then he starts to count off his reps.
is this a good way to do things or should you just stick to reps and go from there?
Someone please help and let me know if this is a good way to do things and also any fee weight excersises with no equipment would also be a big help.
