Workout help
I just bought Bas' mma workout cd/dvd. I have not recieved it yet and was woundering, for those of you who use it, what do you do in supplement to it. I would imagine your usualy fighters training, running and power/strength training. Please let me know what you all do in suplement to this work out, go into detail if you wish.
