WOD Crossfit EVA

CrossFit: Forging Elite Fitness: Tuesday 090630

Five rounds for time of:
Run 800 meters
2 pood Kettlebell swing, 30 reps
30 Pull-ups

im scaling mine down to

Four rounds of
Run 400 meters
35 kettlebell swing, 20reps
20 Pullups

who else is on this beast.

If you have been CF'ing for more than a month you've scaled it waaay too far back.

Ok, makes much more sense. And make sure those are kipping pull-ups, not dead hangs.

fuck i was doing dead hangs for my last two rounds today, i def need to work on my kipping, fucking workout almost killed me.
