Will i be training too much?

i am about to start traing and was wondering if this schedule is too much.

m-cardio & standup- 3-4hrs
tu-strength traing & cardio- 2-3hrs
w-groundwork & lite cardio- 3-4hrs
th-endurance training- 2-3hrs
fr- sparring & cardio- 2-3hrs
sat- lite spar - 1-2hrs
sun-rest

i also work a fulltime job in a tire plant where its hot, and i will probally be training outside in the heat also. also is it too early to be trianing for a mma tournament ( 6-8 man) in JAN??

You're starting? Clarify that...are you a couch potato? In shape and just starting to train seriously for boxing or MMA? If it was me....I would put the lite spar somewhere in the middle of the other workouts, not before my rest day. I do think you might have a bit much, but your answer will depend on that.

The answer is most likely no.

First of all, you are burning a shit load of calories if you really keep up your training schedule, and a conditioned body can not add muscle mass with out an excess of calories. Secondly, the training you are doing isn't conducive to adding muscle tissue unless you are a disgusting couch potatoe. Thirdly, focus on doing well at your weight and worry later about getting bigger.

I also agree with Vilo. Listen to your body. If your eyes are always red, you are listless, and lack agression in training after a few weeks, your body is over trained. Take a few days to a week off and recharge. If you feel like a wrecking machine after two months of this training just continue on....
