as for Wii fit for MMA did Lutter do that? (I've never played it bo be fair though)

as for DDR, it is hard. throw in push ups while the song is loading. i get sweaty and gross, and the fiance doesn't like to play with me.

I did 100 timed burpies last week and then played DDR for a half hour. good workout.
