Shin splints/ bumps a few inches above my ankle?

Yeah I have been running more often since I started training but my legs are really fucked up.

Sprinting doesn't hurt so much but after jogging or running distances for a while I get these big

bumps above my ankle that hurts so much I cant continue running and I hate it because it

makes me look like a pussy.

Im gonna go to a foot doc on Monday I went to a normal one yesterday he didn't help.

Also im running usually on cement or blacktop if that would have an effect on it.

The doc also said I have flat feet?

I actually found this video after searching sorry for not searching before hand.

Running Conditioning


Sounds very good anyone know if what this guy said works?

Well before this shit gets deleted or moved...

To anyone who has watched the above video, ive decided to do some of those drills to

strengthen my tibialus anterior(sp). Does anyone know how many i should do a day or for how long?
