Shoulder surgery

Anybody know what I can look forward to when I have a torn rotator cuff and labrum repaired?

Feeling miserable, having your arm immobile for weeks, pain in general, more pain in the form of physical therapy, and my personal favorite - sleeping like shit for weeks cause you can't lie down flat. (Hope you have a recliner)

On a more positive note, I'm now about 7 months out from surgery and getting stronger every day. I was able to OHP 175 lbs twice yesterday.

Best of luck to ya.

That sucks man! My neighbor just had his rotator cuff repaired, it still isn't fully recovered. He has to do pretty silly stuff to rehabilitate it, like sit loading and unloading a little 1lbs. off and on a shelf for awhile each day, but I hope it works out for you good man!
