Who gets your vote for best and worst cardio in MMA?

Best: Clay Guida or Sean Shrek. Can't decide between the two

Worst: Kimbo

Toss up between Baroni and Coleman for worst. Baroni always looked ready to cry after the first, and Coleman has been a collection of Homer Simpson jokes for almost his entire career.

Best - Matt Hughes, seeing as he's rarely broke a sweat in the past decade. GSP. And Thiago Alves scares me.

IMO poor gas is quite distinct from inability to pace yourself. No matter how high your capabilities, everybody has a finite amount of energy to work with, and the key is to know and manage that expenditure better than the other guy. BJ is a good example of shitty cardio compensated by (usually) smart pacing. And I think Wanderlei is the most frustrating example of great cardio totally undone by poor pacing.

Wow, Guida for sure! That guy is a machine, the pace he keeps is absolutely incredible.

Worst?? I really don't know. Penn hasn't looked great in a few fights but in others he looks pretty good. Coleman is older but looks like he's going to pass out. Though I don't think it's fair for me to say his cardio is bad - he's getting in there and competing , I'm not.

yeah penn is a lil lazy in the cardio department and coleman shouldnt even be there as far as im concerned. if ya say guida youd have to through sanchez in there aswell as he hung wit him well for three rounds. forrest should get a mention as he carries his weight well and even bisping when he gets someone thatl contest him for three rounds, thatl happen against hendo this wend.
