damn that was impressive, I kinda max squat that much. Fuck I'm weak. Think I am gonna try this with bw (85kg, 187lbs), and then try it with bw deadlifts.

I've seen some Powerlifters who can do some crazy MetCon stuff. Max strength is always an asset.

LoL, I've never once thought about using that much weight for Tabata... I usually just shoot for reps and speed.

Sonny, I agree. Max strength does a lot for assisting with shit like that.

Very Impressive, you did 34 or 35 reps in total which is great, but why did you not rack the bar until after the 3rd interval?

I might give this a try, but I'll rack the bar after each 20 sec interval. Again well done.
