What's the most weight you've ever cut for a match/comp?
Mine is 15 and it took me a good 2 and a half weeks.

Most people refer to weight cutting as dehydrating yourself for weigh-ins, not fat loss. If it took you two weeks, you either did something wrong, or you're including fat loss.
For example, I lost about 20lbs over a few months for my first fight, and I cut 10lbs the day of weigh-ins.
This week I'll be cutting about 15 for my second fight. I started manipulating my water and sodium levels yesterday and hopefully, I will flush a good portion of the water in order to minimize how much I have to be in the sauna on Friday. Than, I'll rehydrate and be back at 200 or so on fight night.

Most I lost was in 2001 while preparing to fight in the Toughman Competition. I lost over 38 lbs in 3 months. Just drank only Water and Pepsi One, and focused on keeping my sugar intake below 30 grams a day. Worked like a charm!

18 lbs over 3 weeks for a grappling tourney. Weigh ins where right before competition, and I wanted to be able to carb load ahead of time instead of dehydrate the night before. As it turns out, the scale was about 3-4 pounds lite, and I dropped a couple extra, ended up 7lbs under the max for the bracket.

Damb, did you feel ok for the fight?, I know people cut weight like this but it still shocks me.
