Whats a good timing for running 2 miles?

Trying to figure out if I'm doing good or bad.

10 mins is a good time. A very fucking good time. He's fucking with you.

14-15 minutes is probably your most sober target.

I would say 12mins is a good target time. 2 miles is not a far run so you should be able to hold your pace. You should be running at a fast pace the whole time. When your finished if your not throwing up you didnt push yourself hard enough.

Yeah what are you testing against? When I was 28, I ran a 12:38 2 mile after being out of the army for a few years. The best way to get better is..
