What’s your workout like?
I am not a competitive MMA fighter or anything, but I was curious what your workouts are like? So… If you don’t mind sharing: what are you training for, what’s normal week like (even though you might do different things al the time) and how long…..?
Thank

I'm just working some GPP stuff these days. Intervals 3-5 days a week (varied intervals), lifting 2-3 times a week with some conditioning shit mixed in.

I lift M,T,TH,F (full body sessions), do gripwork at least 3-4 days a week (T,W,Sat, Sun), do conditioining drills (bears or burpees) 1-2 days a week (whenever I feel masochistic), and highland games training 3-6 days a week (whenever I'm bored).

I basically do a modified workout form rossboxing.com's Infinite Intesity.
Monday - Warrior Challenge (blends strength & conditioning)
Tuesday - Aerobic run
Wednsday - HIIT
Thursday - Lift
Friday - Aerobic run
Saturday - GPP
Then go to BJJ 2-3 times a week and Kickboxing 2-3 times a week depending on my work schedule and how my many injuries feel.
BTW Urban I downloaded your random workout gereator a few weeks ago. It's great. Thanks.

I used to lift heavy. But lately I've been stressing muscular endurance and cardio. I do a three-round Tabata db routine that I can fit in before work in the morning ... It only takes about twenty minutes total to complete.
And jiu jitsu 3-4 times a week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and alternating Saturday mornings) for about two hours. Those sessions include about 21 minutes (three seven minute rounds) of sparring at a decent pace.
