the 300 soundtrack really works for me when im doin conditioning. when im workin skills/sparring, i like jedi mind tricks especially.

Anything hard rock does it for me. I dont like punk, stuff like metallica (the old shit) does it for me.

Seriously though it's a lot of AC/DC (especially Thunderstruck and TNT), G&R, and Hip Hop that moves like some of DMX's and Ludacris type stuff.
