I just started doing an Upper/Lower split circuit along with my Upper/Lower lifting routine.

Circuits look like this:
I've been doing each one for 3 rounds, 60 seconds rest in between, and pyramiding sets from 12 to 10 to 8.
Lower (Tuesday)
1 Squats
2 Standing Calf Raise
3 Stiff legged dead lift
4 weighted Crunches
5 Hanging Leg raises

Upper (Thursday)
1 Flat bench (chest)
2 Chin ups (back)
3 wide grip Pull downs (back)
4 Upright rows (shoulders)
5 dips (chest/tri's)

Mon & Fri are my regular lifting days, Wed is moderate cardio.

My circuit is primarily upper body and contains lifts I would never do on normal lifting days. I have isolation exercises in there I would never do lifting heavy. I basically picked lifts that I transition to immediately and can do with pretty lightweight. Also, I don't do this very often as I lift heavy doing compound lifts. I wanted to give that disclaimer before I started.

Upright Rows
Overhead Press
Tricep Extensions
Lunges
Curls (flame away)
pushups
dips

I do each lift x 8 and 25 pushups and 10 dips. I try to switch the order a little so I'm tired on different lifts. With the exception of dips and upright rows, I never work on these lifts by themselves. My circuit is purely for muscle endurance.
