What does your training week look like?
Sup guys, Im curious as to how other ppl structure their training, what days you do weights or BJJ/MT/MMA. Do some people do weights and skill work or classes on the same day?

monday-thurs 1 hour mma, 1 hour jiu jitsu, 1 hour on the bags and shadow boxing, half hour work out cardio. i have been doing this about 6 months, before that i was training 2 hours a day and 1 hour work out for about 6 months. still some how my cardio isnt all that great, not to mention im 155. friday i try and go hiking in the mountain near my house or get some sort of cardio and saturday i workout. i would love to train full time, hopefully that will workout eventually

Monday/Sunday - off
Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday - about 3 to 6 miles on an epilyptical, bench press, dumbells
Wednesday/Friday - 2 hours MMA training (1 hour striking, 1 hour no gi)

i dont do weights, but i excercise 7 days. includes push up, pull up, squats, crunches, sit up. do a routine 3 times around every time around i do a diffrent type of all the before mentioned excercise. mon, wed, sat i do diffrent excercises at the gym. mon, wed, sat. i do MT 1 hour, BJJ 1 hour, and 1 hour of open mat rolling. tue, thurs 3 hours of open mat i spend 2 hours rolling 1 hour on heavy bag, and double end bag. fri 1 1/2 hour BJJ 1 1/2 hour rolling. sun no training jus' excercise.

Monday - Weightlifting/Cardio in gym
Tues - Weightlifting in the morning, uni, then muay thai for 3 hours
Wed - Cardio and rest
Thurs - Weights/cardio in morning, uni, then thai boxing for 3 hours
Fri - Weights, then rest
Sat - Thai boxing for 2 hours
Sunday - LIGHT thai boxing for 2 hours
Overtraining, yes, but i have a dead social life at the moment!

Monday - No Gi Grappling, 1 hour
Tuesday - Off
Wednesday - Weightlift
Thursday - No Gi Grappling , 1 hour; Kickboxing, 1 hour
Friday - Weightlift
Saturday - Kickboxing, 1 hour
Sunday - Weightlift.
For weightlift I do A-B Split between, deadlifts,ohp,pullups and squat,bench,bo row.

More or less something like this:
Mon am-MMA sparring / pm 1 hr Boxing + weights
Tue am- 1hr boxing + 30 min cardio /pm Grappling
Wed off
Thue am- 1hr Boxing +30 min cardio / pm Kickboxing + Grappling spar
Fri pm Grappling/ Weights
Sat am Boxing+cardio /pm Grappling
Sun Grappling+MMA spar
