What do you think?

So today to switch it up I thought I'd just make a random workout that seemed challenging for myself.

It consisted of:
6 Miles bike ride (kept pace fast along with large hills and rough terrain) - roughly 18-20 mins
then

2 forty yard dashes
2 minutes jump rope
25 push ups

no rest

2 forty yard dashes
2 minutes jump rope
25 push ups

no rest

2 forty yard dashes
2 minutes jump rope
25 push ups

no rest

2 forty yard dashes
2 minutes jump rope
25 push ups

1 min rest

2 forty yard dashes
2 minutes jump rope
25 push ups

1 min rest

2 forty yard dashes
2 minutes jump rope
10 left leg sprawls 10 right leg sprawls 5 push ups

1 min rest

2 forty yard dashes
2 minutes jump rope
10 burpees 10 sprawls 5 push ups

So how good of a workout did I do? I feel tired and what not .. just wondering how it stacks up against other "challenging" workouts made primarily for fat loss.

I like it man! Looks like a pretty good workout! As far as fat loss goes, there's alot of debate about things like this more HIIT vs. LSD, I personally enjoy HIIT type stuff, not sure what it does for fat loss though! I already have decent BF%, but good luck to you man! Keep making stuff like this and you'll be a lean monster!

I try not to think too much (Dangerous) but as for the workout, it looks pretty good.
