Basically, you are going to want to lift, do conditioning, and eat correctly. Here is your plan of attack:
Lifting: Go to S&P and start the routine in the FAQ, it's very solid. Make sure form is solid on all the movements though.
Conditioning: IBUR (for beginners). Look it up in the FAQ.
Nutrition: John Berardi's 7 habits. Live it, love it, learn it, utilize it.
