Week and a Half

I have my first fight in a week and a half. What would you guys do in addition to your normal training regimend to suppliment your cardio? I will be fighting LHW against a guy thats bigger and stronger than me, but with shitty cardio... He WILL be gassed two minutes in.... any thoughts and suggestions will be appreciated...

I don't think you can improve your cardio in that short amount of time. You should probably spend the time on more technical training and sparring, and make sure that you do not train too hard the last week/last couple of days before the fight so your body is rested when it is time for war.

i would just work your normal routine..... and at the fight pull a rashad during the ultimate fighter (if anyone has a gif please post it) and make him gas
