It would do nothing but cut water weight that you would gain right back as soon as you drank anything. Just work hard, do lots of cardio, and eat clean. Losing weight is slow and steady not something you can do right away.

In the past 8 months I've droped from 285 to 235-240. My diet isnt the best but I try and work out 3-5times a week. Keep at it and the pounds will come off.

It'll mostly be water weight... but if you have trouble getting your heart rate and body temperature up it might be helpful. I have a very hard time breaking a sweat, I can work out like crazy and my heartbeat and temperature are normal. I wouldn't recommend doing it for a long time, but wearing one for the first 15-30 minutes of your workout will get your body temperature up and thus your metabolism as well. I jump rope at the beginning of each workout and do it...

January 1st this year I was 301lbs and today I am 227lbs. I didn't use a sweat suit, just workout hard, eat clean and everything will fall into place.

Save the suit when you want to loose the "stubborn" pounds...

You would only lose waterweight. Just eat right and exercise. Most people exercise but never eat right. If you eat right, exercise often, everything should go well. Give up fast food and soda, those will kill you.
