Definitely a nasty training regiment, not sure who's was better his or Sherks.

I think Shogun is going to hand him his ass, regardless of how hard he trains, though, poor bastard.

Yeah it was awesome
Did you see the Countdown to 76? In an interview, he says something along the lines of:
"Well, Shogun has knocked out lots of his opponents with punches, kicks and knees. So, it's pretty clear he has some scarey punches, kicks and knees. So my plan is basically to watch out for his punches, kicks and knees. And his ground game is great. And he's got a nice scramble, too. And cardio for days. But other than that, he doesn't really have a lot going for him."

That was really funny to hear him saying that.
And yes, his training is intense to say the least.
As much as I like Forrest, I think he will get beat.

Well whether he gets his ass handed to him or not, gotta respect the effort the guy puts in. I know I have a different respect for him after seeing his regimen. A for effort. And to go on the record, I think he's gonna KO Shogun... lol.
