Want Performance, Don't Want To Get Big!
Hello again.
I have no idea what to search for in terms of this topic, so I decided to post a new thread.
I've found myself gymless due to cash restrictions, and I've been doing mostly conditioning and bodyweight training routines I've ripped from http://www.rosstraining.com
Previously, my Muay Thai training has brought me to around my ideal bodyweight (60kg's at 5'6(or 7)") and I'm pretty happy with the way I am now. I feel very balanced and proportionate.
The problem? I find great pleasure in increasing my physical performance. I'm worried that all these mass uneducated exercises are going to make me big and blow my body out of proportion. I already feel that my pecs are starting to look like man-t*ts.
Could I actually increase performance without putting on too much bulk? Is there anything I should avoid? I'm a mesomorph (most probably), by the way.
Thanks in advance.

This should be in Strength and Power
I'll assume your weight training is crap and your diet is probably crap too.
Visit the strength and power section and the diet and supplementation sections here and read the FAQ's BEFORE asking questions.

Instead of taking the bits from ross's site spend the money and buy one of this books, in short no exercise will make you big on its own, food will.

Oh BOO!! yourself. Crossfit might just be the ticket for this guy. At least it'd get him away from here for a bit, and he might learn something about strength and conditioning. For example, he might be like me and a lot of other people and do crossfit for a bit, realize it's kind of pointless without a good strength base, then take up heavy lifting. If he visits the forums there he might learn a thing or two about nutrition also. No harm done, it's part of the learning process, learn by doing. Better to do that than just follow other people's dogma.

Or he could read the S&P, D&S, and Conditioning FAQ's and learn how to put his own routine together.

I don't think you are going to have to worry about getting too big doing body weight exercises.
