Vids from the place i train at.
Hey guy's i haven't posted anywhere really in a long time i thought I'd share a few video from the place I am a trainer at. It's a pretty no frills workout facility called sportfit. I think we do some pretty cool stuff our workouts are all developed by myself, the owner former professional baseball player Ralph hicks, and a former d3 college baseball/football player Graham holmberg. let me know what you guys think of some of these workouts, Ive picked up tons of idea from these forum and you may see some of the stuff talked about in them. anyway I'm in some of the vids let me know what you guys think. cheers.
oh and i'm the skinny brown haired dude in a few of them.

Nice. Seems like a cool place to train. Has anyone taught the dude behind you in the first video how to do a proper clean yet?

workin on it. he's a 6'6 minor league pitcher started working out with us a little while ago. he gets after it, cleans are a tough movement to get good at really fast, they take time to get good at especially when your that tall and lanky. the dude has gotten a ton stronger and works his butt off he's getting a ton better at them. also his workout called for hang cleans and not full power/squat clean.

I'd just like to point out. The guy in the first video doing power cleans really needs to learn how to actually perform the lift correctly.

x2. Dude is going to get hurt if he tries that with actual weight.
Good vids, though.
