V!

I was wondering if anyone had good routines for developing that V-muscle past your lower abs into the pelvic region.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Low body fat sure helps...

Try hanging leg raises their probably the most effective as your body really has to stabalize its self to do them without swinging.

That V is primarily a product of low bodyfat, so if you REALLY want to see it, hypertrophy it with some DEADS and SQUATS and SHUT YOUR FUCKING MOUTH when you're at the dinner table to lose some fat.
