It sounds legit and makes sense but then again I'm not a biologist. We'll have to wait for more research to appear before we will really know for sure.

I"m not sure how I ever felt about....lactic acid and it's so called build up. I eat right, I hydrate enough, and never really was concerned about the detailed biology about my muscles. Of course.....I'm not a world class athlete or a professional...so...maybe that has something to do with it

Thats so true. When I workout with Clubbells and working up to hundreds of reps, nonstop, after a while I loose the "pump" and loose energy too, but I keep going and after a while longer Bang, the pump is back and I have more energy. This happens over and over again. Seems like the body recycles LA as well for energy. Very cool..
